Learning to be a chemist in high school, I did a lab research on biodegradable bioplastic. My project on generating bioplastic from biomass has won the Vietnam national 1st Prize, Consolation Prize in ASEAN Student Science Project Competition, and has been chosen as a Finalist – Vietnam Representative to participate in the worldwide Intel ISEF.

My college years have been filled with leadership experience while being the Vice President of AIESEC Vietnam – a student-run NGO spanning 126 nations. As a leader, I developed my ability to trust, empower and mentor individuals to reach the goal that they desire.

I take pride in all of my achievements and personal development, however, I couldn’t help but feel that there was something missing. This led me to reflect back to my childhood and school years in search of the moment where I felt the most fulfilled. What was I doing?

The answer came clear as daylight – I was creating.
